The Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism (MNRT) foster transparency and engagement between the Ministry and the Private Sector and wishes to provide information that is critical for companies operating in the industry to efficiently run their busienss and comply with applicable laws and regulations. To this end, the Ministry has published the list of all taxes, levies, fees, and charges that any business operating in Tourism is required to pay. It should be noted that this list purposely excludes user charges (i.e. charges for using a particular service, as these charges are optional to a business). This list will continue to be updated as the regulatory environment changes. In addition, the Ministry welcomes feedback from the Government and the Private Sector in the Industry on areas that must be improved. This may include adding taxes, levies, and fees that have not been included and/or removing those that are no longer applicable.
